Recorded Jan 6, 2019 · Duration 2:13.

In a Jack & Jill, leaders and followers are randomly paired and improvise to unknown music — West Coast Swing in its purest form, testing lead/follow connection and musicality.

West Coast Swing is a versatile partner dance in 4/4 time, danced to almost any music — from blues and pop to hip-hop — known for its elastic, slot-based style.
